Don't have the rest: of your history to know for sure if it's good. As long as you're not allergic to blueberries, wheat, or peanuts (common allergies that can manifest subclinically). Also as long as it's not GMO wheat, peanuts. Usually the first meal of the day should be the largest (since you can burn it off during the day) and hold you well past lunch.I would increase the protein component.Sounds more like lunch.
