Many: The first line of treatment for this is androgen deprivation. In addition, there are medicines which reduce the risk of fractures with Denosumab showing the most efficacy compared to zoledronic acid, however with some risk of significant side effects. For more extensive disease, a newer IV radium therapy has shown improved survival. Localized radiation can be effective for painful foci.

Bone mets: Add a drug like zoeta or xgeva (denosumab). Hormone ablation.
