Family practice: You probably have plantar fasciitis x-ray could be done to see if you have a bone spur. You need to see a podiatrist exercises injections orthotics and lastly surgery sometimes needed.

Heel pain: Heel pain can be a stress fracture of the calcaneus, nerve entrapment, bursitis, enthesopathy, or fat pad atrophy. The most common cause, however, is plantar fasciitis. See a podiatrist who can examine it properly and give you your answer and the treatment.
