Not so fast.: Heel pain can be cause by a whole lot of conditions, mainly centered around the idea of heel spur syndrome. You symptoms, as you report them, are just not precise enough for plantar fasciaiitis or even heel spur alone. I rec commend that you see a specialist and have a blood test to rule out possibilities such as gout and other inflammatory conditions.
