Lotion: Flexitol is an excellent over the counter lotion for cracked heels. Also, if the crack is bleeding, apply a piece of tape to help keep the crack closed. This will prevent the crack from getting worse and also allow the crack to heel. Avod walking barefoot, especially if you have tile or hard wood floors in your house. If flexitol does not work, than you made need a prescription lotion.
