It's OK: Provided your cholesterol , triglyceride and kidney functions are normal. You are still young to have serious medical conditions unless there's a strong family history of heart disease or lipid problems.

Unbalanced: I think a healthier diet with protein combined with unprocessed vegetables and fruits would be better. High quality eggs from pastured hens, wild caught fish, grass fed beef or lamb, free range chicken or turkey, hemp, and pea protein are all good protein sources. Eat 6 balanced meals a day. Avoid tobacco, alcohol, processed food. And get good sleep, and lower stress.
