That's a bit much.: Weight lifters and body builders only really need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. In ten egg whites you're getting about 50 grams of protein right there. It's unnecessary for you to get this much protein in one sitting every day, and doing this leads to a very limited meal plan. You should try to vary your lean protein sources. And drink lots of water daily.
