Tried popping a pimple and it scabbed and now there is a red bump that cannot be popped. what is it and what should i do?

Nothing: Leave it alone! don't pop it or do anything to it. It will scab over and when the new skin grows, the scab will fall off. Otherwise, you will create a permanent scar and infect the pimple. Never pop pimples.
