Over the year and half, i noticed a small pimple like bump right under my left buttock. its not painful. i would like to know how i can get rid of it. i tried popping it, but it doesn't pop the way a pimple would. not sure what it is?

This may be an inclusion cyst or small lipoma which is a benign fatty growth. A physician would have to inspect it in order to diagnose it and advise you.
