Breakfast : Breakfast really is the most important meal of day. As a busy student it will give high energy to last through a busy morning through lunch, it will help you lose weight or maintain healthy weight, it will help you think clearer and do better on your morning exams. Make sure to combine carb with fiber and protein with some fruit, this an ideally balanced meal.

Healthy breakfast.: With the understanding that breakfast is an important meal in your day, start generally with leaner and more energizing choices. Cereals rich with complex carbohydrates and fiber for sustained energy, with skim or 1% milk to keep it lighter. Low fat yogurt and fresh fruit. Egg whites and whole grain toast. Try to avoid fatty breakfast meats. Keep your proteins lean. Never skip breakfast.
