Healthy breakfast : A healthy breakfast contains a blend of protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fat. For instance, eggs are good, along with fruit, oatmeal, etc. Or a protein shake with coconut or almond milk, freshly ground flax seeds, berries, etc. Definitely not cereal from a box!
