Garlic: Lots of folks don't like onions and garlic because of their pungent odor and taste. No problem. I suggest you "eat the rainbow." brightly colored fruits and vegetables can provide a wide spectrum of nutrients. Peace and good health.

Yes: There are many other foods that can give you the nutrition you can get from onions and garlic. Eating a wide variety of foods is the best way to assure yourself you are getting the protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals that you need.
