Healthy food!: I don't know what the typical breakfast is in nigeria, but a healthy breakfast should include protein- this can be eggs, nuts, beans or lean meats. Fruits & vegetables are always healthy- i often have an omelet with onions, tomatoes & avocado. Oatmeal is ok but i would add nuts for protein. Yogurt can be good too. I'd avoid cereals or pancakes as the basis of breakfast-starchy carbs not healthy!

Protein: Some form of easily digestible protein is the best. Eggs, nuts, chicken, protein shake with fruit, etc. Avoid high suger loading, as your body needs the protein at this time of day.
