None: For a routine MRI without contrast, there should be no significant side effects.

Usually none: An MRI is typically safe and causes no significant side effects. Mri can cause problems if you have metallic implants such as a coronary artery stent or cochlear implants. There can be rare allergic reaction to the contrast/dye if you were to have contrast injection.
