Is their any side effects of mri. does it lead to neuropathic problem?

No worries: Mri will not cause neurological injury. The contrast used, if needed, is also very safe but they may check your kidney function first if you have risk factors for kidney disease. Mri is a very safe exam used on hundreds of thousand of patients every year without complications.
