GALL BLADDER: This is a storage vessel for the bile and if infected or blocked can cause many symptoms, most of which cause pain in the right upper abdomen. The sxs you explain are commonly associated with sinus issues and a hida scan is very non-specific except with the extreme findings.

Typically, no: Gallbladder disease is not usually a cause of headache unless the condition becomes very complicated and the patient becomes very sick with infection or liver disease.

Not really : Unlikely relation between gallbladder disease and headaches. Frontal sinusitis or migraines would be a more likely scenario.
