Post surgery care: A ct scan of the chest and abdomen, with oral contrast, can show a lot about the wrap after surgery. However, additional tests, and time may be needed. Reflux and anti-reflux surgery often require ongoing evaluations. It is a complex problem. Stay on your medications, your diet and keep your follow up appointments.

Yes: I assumed you had a fundoplication procedure. Ct can show presence of stomach tissue wrapping around the distal esophagus. It can also show if there is a hiatal hernia as well.
