I see my whole stomach pulse when laying back can this some how be related to my acid reflux/gerd problem or could it be aaa..i hope its nothing bad?

Pulsations in: abdomen is probably not related to GERD. At your age, abdominal aortic aneurysm are extremely rare, unless you have an inherited genetic problem. It could be related to hypertension, so have your doctor check your heart and blood pressure.
