Sinusitis?: Sinusitis is a very common complication of numerous other conditions. You might try a decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and combine it with a saline nasal rinse using a neti-pot. You can get one inexpensively at your friendly pharmacy. If this is ineffective go and see a doctor and make sure not something more serious.

Sinusitis: This may be sinusitis or sinus inflammation. Allergies may be one cause but there can be many others. Mild symtoms may be relieved by over the counter saline sprays, irrigations, or decongestants. See an ENT for an evaluation.
