I have been tested positive for covid 19, i started experiencing headaches since last night. pain radiators from my forehead around the side of my head, towards the back. almost feels like a sinus headache but unsure. what can i take for these?

Nasal saline: Relieve sinus pressure with a humidifier and nasal saline. Treat fever with Tylenol rather than Motrin. Watch for signs of worsening respiratory symptoms, and then see the Emergency room.
