Many causes: These symptoms can have several potential causes and warrant a thorough medical evaluation. Top of the head pressure/headache can indicate sinusitis, in particular sphenoid sinusitis, but can also be caused by other headache syndromes. Pressure in the ears can be caused to "Eustachian tube dysfunction" (often related to nose and sinus problems). Other severe causes also need to be ruled out.
