What can i do to cure. a sinus headache i woke up with cheek or upper jaw pain and nose pain and pain on my forehead what causes a sinus headache and no fever?

This could be from a sinus infection, if you have been congested for a week or more. Sinus infections often occur without fever. Or, even though this is in the areas of some of the sinuses, it may not be that at all. Could be tension/stress or other illness...please see your doctor for a complete history and an exam if this continues and/or worsens.
