If this is been ongoing for a long time he can see your physician for treatments you may or may not also need antibiotics for an extended period of time. To relieve this, start with an otc antihistamine of your choice (claritin, etc) with a decongestant (if no hi blood pressure) and follow up with your dr. If no better after a few days. If needed, your dr. Can rx nasal steroids.
