Not as healthy!: As a professor of nutrition and md, i see many nutritional deficiencies in vegetarians, particularly vegans. Plant based diets eschew the protein efficiency of animal based protein. Also, many mineral in animal sources are more concentrated. I believe being a vegetarian is a sociaal statment. Humans have never been vegetarians until recently!
