Constipation has to be addressed first and your treating gastroenterologist would be best to make further recommendations. Physical activities, such as jogging or core exercises aside from lifestyle changes, dietary and stress managing techniques are key otherwise in the long run.

Celiac disease is not usually associated with constipation. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. At this point, I would see your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist and follow their lead. I would not try to second-guess what tests should go next, but leave it to the experts. It is impossible to know here based on your short description what the next step should be. Good luck.
