It helps.: I believe raw, organic vegetables and fruit is very healthy and help with longevity but by itself is inadequate. We need to make sure that we get the necessary vitamins that plants cannot supply such as Vit. B12 which is only available in red meat and when we are vegetarian need to be taken either as a sublingual supplement or by injection. A healthy spiritual and mental health completes the key
