All but dairy: The main food groups are vegetables,fruits,protein,grains,fats and dairy.Dairy isn't necessary for good health(except for babies)but all the others are included in a vegan/plant-based diet.The main difference is that the proteins and fats come from plant sources(like nuts, seeds and beans)rather than animal sources,though even many veggies like potatoes and kale have surprising amounts of protein.
