Not really: You can probably identify the risk factors and then work your way back, but if you engage in risky behavior frequently, then it may be difficult.

I have done hiv 4th generation test at 7 weeks and is -ve. However my doctor ask me to test again at 3 months. Some doctors say 45 days is conclusive but some say 3 months for the 4th generation. Am I high risk of turning positive? Am I safe now?
