Doctor is telling me to retest my hiv even after a fourth gen test at 54 days , is there any cases or information that at six windows can before positive later on? can i test with a rapid in home ? almost a year now since expouse?

Some doctors do not understand window periods for HIV tests, especially more recently developed ones like the AgAb (4th generation) blood tests, which are conclusive after 45 days.
