So my hiv test results were 1 positive and 1 negative. doc wants to do another test. is there a high chance i'm positive? this has me quite stressed.

HIV testing: The 'order' of these tests is important since it could indicate a change in your status following an exposure. If the first test was negative, and then becomes positive - then I would be concerned. However, if it's positive then reports as negative, this could be what we call a 'false positive'--then you breathe a big sigh of relief. The good news is there are fantastic HIV treatments, if needed.

Hi Doc, I had unprotected sex with a friend Sept 1st 2019. I got a full STD panel on Sept 18-All negative. She got tested Oct 30, results-all negative. I took another test Jan 18 2020 - all negative. Is my HIV conclusive both 4th Gen with reflexes. ?

High bp145/95+ more than 50%times.all tests neg including angiograph.can run 10km daily no issues.docs tells stress but dont think it is. Pls advise.
