I have done hiv 4th generation test at 7 weeks and is -ve. however my doctor ask me to test again at 3 months. some doctors say 45 days is conclusive but some say 3 months for the 4th generation. am i high risk of turning positive? am i safe now?

Some doctors have conservative attitudes or want to provide an unnecessarily large safety margin. Others don't understand changes in window period for newer kinds of tests. 45 days definitely is conclusive for the antigen-antibody (AgAb, i.e. 4th generation) blood tests. The only exception is when anti-HIV treatment has been used. You can stop worrying: there is no chance you have HIV.
