I'd like to know the diagnosis for which levofloxin was prescribed. Was it nongonococcal urethritis, prostatitis, bladder infection? Get hiv testing 3 weeks , 3 months&6 months after exposure.

These findings indicate either nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) or non-STD urinary tract infection (UTI). If you have penile discharge, it's NGU, which is an STD. You should have been tested for chlamydia! The recommended treatment for NGU is doxycycline, levofloxacin not likely to be effective. It might be good treatment for non-STD UTI, but UTIs are rare in males your age. Discuss w/ your doctor.
