During a recent hospital stay, a cat scan showed adhesion on ovary. i haven't had any surgeries so what do you think would cause this?

Options: Endometriosis; prior infection or inflammation; previous ruptured cyst; etc. Difficult to see adhesions on ct scan. Might want to discuss with your gyn.
