I feel, pulling and throbbing feeling on my left lower stomach, i have had 2 surgeries , laparotomy, and laparoscopic, first was from fibroids , the other was from adhesion, i only have one ovary, thats the left one, what can this be?

It could be from a variety of causes. If it persists it could be from recurrence of adhesions or another cause for which please see the MD who operated on you. I hope you feel better
