It might be muscle!: I always check my patients' leaness and calculate fat weight and lean weight. Exercise will increase body weight several ways. Fluid retention is first. Normal, because it increases endurance to have greater plasma volume. Then after three weeks, muscle gain appears. But your answer needs a body composition analysis to decide what iis going on with you!
