Always been very active.. currently do hot yoga min 5 sessions a week (sweat excessively) walk couple days just started weights.. i have balanced diet protein veg or salad 80 klg cannot lose an ounce why ? should be 70kg! going on for 9 months ?

Fat to muscles : It’s wonderful that you have been working out vigorously. It’s working in your favour. Fat in the body is changing into muscles. If you want to lose weight, you will have to cut the calories intake. This is the only way to lose weight, I hope it helps.
