Maybe: Pain patches can contain various medications including xylocaine, (lidocaine) non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, or even strong narcotics. In general, i've had limited success with patches and usually find that oral anti-inflammatories work best for as and oa.

Should only be produced within states that allow this activity and within their regulations.
