I have chronic ankylosing spondylosis and recently diagnosed with secondary oa of the hip knee and shoulder jnt.are pain patches useful for me?

Maybe: Pain patches can contain various medications including xylocaine, (lidocaine) non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, or even strong narcotics. In general, i've had limited success with patches and usually find that oral anti-inflammatories work best for as and oa.

Yes: If your insurance company will relent and approve them. Some uninsured persons have reported significant pain relief from a topical lotion made by soaking medicinal cannabis in olive oil exposed to the sun for two weeks then passed through cheese cloth ; lavender essential oil added. Should only be produced within states that allow this activity and within their regulations.
