Nutrition: Proper nutrition can be critical to minimize risk. This includes checking vitamin d to make sure it is sufficient (> 40 ng/ml). Also check your omega 3 index and decrease omega 6 foods and increase omega 3 food sand possibly take good omega 3 supplement. Basically a strong anti inflammatory diet can reduce risk and to optimize cell function and decrease effect of aging.
