I have had chronic pain and intermittent swelling in both my knees since i was a teenager as well as chronic shoulder, wrist and ankle pain since i was a teenager as well. x-rays show that it isn't osteoarthritis. what could it be? ideas?

Juvenile arthritis has many possible causes. Please request a Rheumatology work up and possible referral. Watch for signs of weight loss, skin lesions and GI symptoms.
