Every joint in my body is in pain, i have had replacements done both knees and one hip. i have osteoarthritis. will i have to use a wheelchair?

As last resort!!!: You need to try to keep moving as much as possible. Try water exercises. Get to ideal body weight. Continue on chronic pain medication (tramadol). Maybe physical therapy if you have not already tried.

Impossible to say: i would urge an evaluation with a rheumatologist to determine the causebof the pain and the best treatment options. The are better options than amitriptyline.
