That they are all different joints and on the same side is unusual, but still warrants investigation to determine if it's from acute or repetitive trauma, a connective tissue disorder like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, or a metabolic issue. An orthopedic surgeon or rheumatologist are good choices, if your family doctor feels uncomfortable with it.
