Yes: Even though you've had a partial hysterectomy you can still be infected with human papilloma virus which can cause mild moderate or severe cervical dysplasia or vaginal vulvar dysplasia all these can be found on a pap smear.

If you have cervix: If you had a supracervical or subtotal hysterectomy, you need t still have pap smears.
