Last year i had a hysterectomy but kept ovaries and just had my first pap and it came back abnormal,, what are your thoughts! i'm only 29 years old. ?

Need more data...: Depends on whether results were abnormal (vice unsatisfactory), why they took your uterus and whether or not your cervix remains. Need to discuss results with doc who ordered tests. If you do not have a cervix, did not have a true abnormal test and have never had high grade precancerous lesions might want to quit having this test. http://www.uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org
