one more possibility is your last drop of urine is bloody. If you have no blood on your pantie and you only see blood on the toilet paper, then this is your problem
need to see urologist for your bladder, especially you have no history of sex

i assume that your hysterectomy was for benign condition no cancer involved

most often this kind of post hysterectomy cramps is related to the bladder spasms
which is bladder pathology

Need an exam: If you have had a hysterectomy then your doctor needs to do an examination to determine where the blood is coming from. If you do not have a uterus then there should not be blood coming from the vagina. An examination is warranted
