I m 27y.o now with solitary right thyroid nodule for 2 yrs. tsh normal, fnac- cystic degenaration. ultrasound- 33x26x23mm.should it b removed?

Not unless symptoms: Since the biopsy showed no cancerous cells, you can leave it alone unless it is continuing to grow larger or you develop symptoms affecting your speech or swallowing. Also, we are presuming that the biopsy targeted the correct area and the pathologist read the sample tissue accurately.

Leave it alone: It's not big enough to bug you, and i'd accept the fna. If it starts growing, think about getting needled again.
