Elevated Anti-TPO indicates a likely autoimmune thyroiditis. Symptoms of high and low thyroid levels can ensue back to back. A full detail of symptoms with your primary care doctor will likely reveal if thyroiditis is the cause of symptoms and the best treatment course.
