Nose block: Steam inhalation s with Vicks vaporub. Room humidifier. If you can manage saline nasal lovage. See the pediatrician.

Nasal wash: Many 2yo will seek out & get into all sorts of exposures & have respiratory congestion from inhaled irritants on upper respiratory infections.A nasal wash out using liberal amounts of otc saline spray can do wonders. Vaporizers are helpful sometimes but avoid vick's additives in small kids.I consider this air pollution & a throwback to indian sweat lodges, the fragrence can aggravate the problem, .
