Depends on cause: The nose can be congested from allergy, medications, polyps, and structural problems. Nasal steroids and antihistamine/decongestant preparations can help with allergy, nasal steroids sometimes reduce polyps. If it is structural such as a deviated septum, large turbinates, or polyps then surgery is often beneficial. Suggest seeing an ENT physician for a comprehensive evaluation.

Breath rite: Try the breath rite strips or nasal cones as an easy inexpensive way to get better air flow.
