I have been having head pressure for a few months, combined with nasal congestion. i dont have nasal discharge but it just feels congested and at times makes it hard for me to breathe through nose. head pressure will at times cause fatigue. help?

Sinusitis : Your symptoms are pointing towards inflammation of the sinuses. Allergic and infectious cases are by far the most common. Best will be to start work up through your doc, who may decide if a specialist, such as ENT will be needed.
