14 weeks pregnant bad allergies & congestion. nothing works please help i am not sleeping cause i get dry mouth so bad & can't breathe through nose?

Allergies: You may take third generation antihistamines like allegra, Claritin or zyrtec, twice a day if necessary. Sleep with several pillows and a vaporizer and use saline nose drops several times a day. You can also try a non-steroidal nasal spray like astelin.

You need to see your doctor. Antihistamine alone would not reduce the congestion and thus a decongestant may help. There is also a condition known as vasomotor rhinitis of pregnancy- with nasal congestion occurring only during pregnancy believed to be hormone-related. Consult your doctor or an allergist.
